You can return your order (at your own expense and in the original packaging) within 14 days, please note! The return must be received by us within the 14 day return period.
Does the item not fit as expected, is the product too small or too large? No problem, you can easily return to us.
How do returns work?
To ensure that the return proceeds as smoothly and quickly as possible, follow the steps below:
- Register your return via our Contact form on the website: www.Beaustore.eu. Please include the order number and the relevant item number of the product you wish to return. Good to know: You do not need to receive a response or approval from us for returning this registration.
- Pack the return carefully. The product must be returned in the original packaging, including any price tag. Also include the packing slip.
- Then send the package on own costs to:

If you receive a return for less than €29.95, excluding shipping costs, the goodie bag must be sent back.
Do you decide to keep it or do you forget to send it back? we will then deduct €10.00 from the refund for the goodie bag.
We can only process your return provided it meets the conditions below:
- The clothing is unworn and not washed.
- In original packaging and including attached price tags.
- No body odors or cigarette smells.
- No food, makeup, deodorant and/or other stains.
- No damage to clothing.
- Does not contain a sale or discounted item.
- Swimwear and Jewelry may not be available due to hygiene cannot be returned.
- The shipping risk and return costs are for the buyer.
- If our return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return shipments and charge you the shipping costs.
- When we have received the return shipment, the purchase amount excluding shipping costs will be refunded within 10 working days.
Product or delivery error?
Please report this to us within 14 days.
If it concerns a delivery error where we have delivered the wrong product or a defective product, we ask you to make a claim within 48 hours of delivery in connection with our warranty.
We will do everything we can to rectify this and of course we will reimburse these return costs by means of a return label. Once this period has expired, it is no longer possible for us to return your item.
Have you placed an order where you received free shipping above a certain amount: 100 EUR. Shipping costs of EUR 5,95 will be charged if the amount falls below this amount after return.
