BeauStore is responsible for compliance with the GDPR, customer administration and administration for analysis and marketing purposes. BeauStore is responsible within the meaning of the GDPR. BeauStore is responsible for all data processing on behalf of BeauStore, including www.beaustore.nl and www.beaustore.eu.

BeauStore collects and processes personal data for customer administration, the execution of the agreement, the collection of payments, the website and to comply with legal obligations.

The personal data stored by BeauStore mainly serves to implement the agreement regarding the delivery of a product and/or service by BeauStore. Without this provision of data, it is not possible for BeauStore to execute the agreement. BeauStore handles your personal data with the utmost care and does everything it can to store your data safely. Any data leaks will at all times be reported to the Dutch Data Protection Authority and to those involved whose personal data may have been compromised. In the event of a data breach, BeauStore always takes the appropriate measures to ensure the reliability of the website.

If you believe that your personal data is being used, obtained or stored incorrectly, and it is not possible for you to delete your data despite repeated requests, you can at any time file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

BeauStore stores the following personal data about you:
For the execution of the agreement: your name, address, zip code, place of residence, telephone number and e-mail address
To pay and process invoices: your name, address, zip code, place of residence, telephone number and email address
To request a no-obligation quote: your name, address, zip code, place of residence, e-mail address and/or telephone number
To handle questions and complaints: your name, email address and/or telephone number

Personal data is never stored for longer than strictly necessary and can be viewed, changed and deleted by you at any time. Viewing, changing and deleting (including the right to be forgotten) is possible by means of an unambiguous statement addressed to customerservice@beaustorenl. You also have the right to have your data transferred to a third party and to object to the use of the personal data.

Your personal data will in any case be deleted: In the case of the execution of the agreement:
5 years after termination of the agreement for possible future agreements, unless a longer period has been explicitly agreed with you or the data must be kept longer due to a legal regulation or provision; In the case of paying and handling invoices:

7 years after payment of the relevant invoice, for the purpose of complying with the legal obligation of the tax authorities; In the case of requesting a no-obligation quote: 90 days after sending the no-obligation quote

In the case of handling questions and complaints: after the complaint has been resolved to your satisfaction. To ensure the correct execution of the agreement, BeauStore may use a number of external parties who may also gain insight into your data. In any case, they will store the data for as long as necessary for the performance of their work.

Under no circumstances will the personal data be used for purposes other than the work for BeauStore, unless explicit permission has been requested from the data subject. Processing agreements apply to all external transfers of personal data.

BeauStore is free to create a blacklist with regard to personal data of persons who have seriously betrayed the trust of BeauStore. The blacklist is kept indefinitely and is only accessible to a very limited group of BeauStore employees. The blacklist is saved, also for future offers from BeauStore. In any case, persons who, despite repeated requests, do not meet any of BeauStore's payment obligations will be included on the blacklist.
